Congrats to the RHS Chamber Orchestra for being selected to perform as part of the National Orchestra Festival at the American String Teachers Association Conference in Atlanta, Ga March 2012
For the 11th consecutive year, Fulton County Schools has been recognized as one of the “Best Communities for Music Education” in America. Below is a press release that announced the results of this year’s NAMM survey. Cobb County and Gwinnett County were the other school districts recognized in Georgia, and Webb Bridge Middle School in Alpharetta was also named to the list, receiving recognition as a best local school community. Fulton is one of two school systems nationwide to receive the award each year the list has been published, starting back in 2000.
